The goal of creating Fieldnotes is to crystallize and share learnings in hopes that those on similar quests for knowledge leave enriched.
Equally important is the anti-goal. This is not designed to be self-aggrandizing or polarizing. While unconscious bias is natural for field notes, I strive to minimize it in the reflections.
I recognize a vast sea of knowledge lies beyond my shores and that many of these reflections are made standing on the shoulders of giants, though hope the insights provide a platform for shared growth and understanding.
While regular writing is the plan, this medium is reserved for relevant posts that may add value to others.
